BRIDGE: Connecting Students to the Central Catholic Experience

One of the newest additions to the Central Catholic experience is BRIDGE time, a dedicated opportunity for students to engage more deeply in the many aspects of life at Central Catholic, including extracurricular activities, faith formation, academic support, enrichment, and more.

BRIDGE reflects our belief that meaningful leadership is not about standing apart from others, but about creating connections, opening pathways, and helping people move forward together.

BRIDGE also represents six important elements of the Central Catholic experience:

  • Brotherhood
  • Reflection
  • Intellect
  • Discipleship
  • Growth
  • Encounter

During the 2026–2027 school year, BRIDGE time will occur an average of twice each week. Students will use this time in a variety of ways, including:

  • Academic support and test makeups
  • Clubs and extracurricular activities
  • Prayer and faith formation
  • Enrichment opportunities
  • Grade-level programming
  • School-wide programming

These experiences will be led by the dedicated faculty and staff at Central Catholic, giving students opportunities to discover new interests, strengthen their faith, seek academic support, build relationships, and become more engaged members of the school community.

During the first BRIDGE experience of the school year, students had the opportunity to explore numerous clubs and activities offered at Central Catholic. As BRIDGE becomes an integral part of the Central Catholic experience, we look forward to seeing how these opportunities help our students connect, grow, and lead together.
