About Deacon Michael: As Director of LaSallian Diversity and Inclusion, Deacon Michael brings a wealth of experience in education, specifically working in both the local and global communities. He spent the last 15+ years working for the LaSallian Christian Brothers at Lewis University in Chicago. As a Global Fellow for the United States Conference of Bishops with Catholic Relief Services, he brings a passion for promoting peacebuilding, sustainability, and human rights through the lens of Catholic Social Teaching throughout the U.S. while engaging local, state, and national leaders of government. He is looking forward to welcoming continued diversity at Central while embracing the possibilities for equitable and inclusive opportunities for its staff and students.
