Students in 8th grade who are interested in applying to Central Catholic for 2026-27 school year are invited to explore Central Catholic on a day set aside just for them.

About Viking for a Day

Viking for a Day is the perfect opportunity for your student to explore Central Catholic firsthand. Current student mentors and faculty will guide him through a “day in the life” of a Central Catholic student so he can see what it’s truly like to be a Viking!

This event is for current 8th-grade boys only

When: October 2026, 9:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Where: Central Catholic High School (4720 Fifth Avenue Pittsburgh, PA 15213)

Lunch will be provided.

Registration for this event opens in August.
