BAM! (Because Academics Matter) Enrichment Program

What is BAM!?

BAM! (Because Academics Matter) is Central Catholic’s Academic Summer Enrichment Program for boys entering the 7th and 8th grades. The two-week camp ties the rigorous academics of Central Catholic with a fun and engaging environment in a state of the art facility. The courses and activities are designed to show students what high school is like in a college preparatory setting while creating excitement and curiosity for students.

The BAM! curriculum is centered on improving mathematics and writing skills while giving students the opportunity to explore interests in STEM fields. Every student participate in two weeks worth of mathematics and writing in preparation for the rigors of high school. They are also  able to choose two electives from our four offerings: Robotics Challenge, 3D Design and Printing, CSI-Central, and Engineering Solutions. Our highly trained and distinguished faculty excels in engaging students in their content areas through hands-on and applicable instruction. Their instruction helps your son to become ready for the next stage in his academic career.

BAM! returns with BAM! Saturdays throughout the year!

Our BAM! (Because Academics Matter) summer program will return this school year with BAM! mini sessions on Saturday mornings (9 a.m. - noon) throughout the year. Each 3-hour long mini session will cover a different topic. Sign up for one session, or all four! Registration is now open.
