Track & Field
The Central Catholic track & field team competes in 18 different events at meets throughout the region. Students have the opportunity to practice life-long sports such as running, throwing and jumping.
From mental toughness to physical fitness, self confidence and leadership skills, track & field is an activity that will help students for the rest of their lives. Currently, nearly 50 members of our student body compete on the track & field team, and any student who has an interest in the team is encouraged to join. With a wide range of events to choose from, students are able to hone their natural talents through dedicated practice and discipline.
