Chess Team Takes Silver Medal

The following is an excerpt from the first article of 2010-2011 edition of The Viking Online--Student Newspaper.

On Saturday, August 28, the Central Catholic Chess team took 2nd place at 2010 Summer Chess Challenge, held at Pittsburgh Urban Christian School. Students in grades K-12 participated, and any school which brought four or more students qualified as a team.
