Dear Parents and Guardians,
The 2012 Magazine Drive has begun. Student Council, the Forensic Society, Lacrosse, the Towers and many other clubs and activities depend on the drive’s proceeds to provide your sons with co-curricular activities that make life here at Central Catholic fulfilling and well rounded.
The Drive will last approximately three weeks. Your son received materials during orientation. Turn in days are all Friday's this year (August 31st, September 7th, September 14th and September 21st.)
Each student will need to strive to reach his personal goal of EIGHT sales in order to earn a free personal day.
One of the chief goals in this drive is an intangible one. We want the Drive to be a vehicle for raising school spirit as well as money. Anything you can do to encourage your son to make his best effort during the Drive is most appreciated. Renew your magazine subscriptions, even if you have done so recently; renewal (rather than finding new sales) is the quickest path to your son’s achievement of his quota and our school goal. Helping your sons to achieve their individual and collective goals will help us to start the year with a positive spirit that can be built upon for the remainder of the year.

P.S If you order on-line at GAFundraising.com make sure to put in your son’s name in the student section so he gets credit for the sale. When ordering online you may use a credit card. One advantage to ordering on-line your magazine order is sent immediately to the publishers instead of being submitted at the end of our drive (that’s almost a full month earlier). GAFundraising.com also sells jewelry, wrapping paper, candy, and other gifts. Central Catholic receives fundraising benefit from the purchase of these items
