Dining Hall
Central Catholic will unveil a new, state of the art Dining Hall in August 2011. Please check back for more details...
Central Catholic has contracted Metz Culinary Management to provide quality food services to our students in our newly renovated dining hall. Central’s goal is to give students access to nutritious and delicious meals and a dining experience that is more common in colleges than high schools.
Metz Culinary Management is proud to provide quality food and service to the students and faculty of Central Catholic High School. With a new school year, and a newly renovated dining room and kitchen, the dining experience at Central Catholic will be greatly upgraded. Featuring five unique stations offering selections including fresh pizza, made to order sandwiches, classic comfort foods, fresh grilled hamburgers, and an action cooking station with cuisines from around the world; the new cafeteria has something for everyone. For students on the go, there will also be a new “Up For Grabs” program which highlights fresh, healthy and fast choices that can fit in to any schedule.
Metz Culinary Management strives to provide our customers with the best customer services and welcomes any suggestions. Please feel free to contact the Food Service Director, Rachel Burns at any time at rburns@centralcatholichs.com.
