The students of Central Catholic, while being conscious of the responsibility for their own spiritual development, are as “men of faith” concerned with those who need them the most, especially the poor and outcasts of society.
Goals of the Ministry Team:
- An active Lasallian Youth program that focuses on direct service to the poor, homeless, and those who need us the most.
- A prayer life that actively promotes the frequent reception of the sacraments especially the Eucharist.
- A student retreat program that meets the needs of the students at various stages of their spiritual, emotional, and academic development.
- A Lasallian Youth program that participates in the larger Lasallian Family.
- A Lasallian Youth Executive Board of students that inspires and promotes the ideas of faith, service, and leadership.
- To actively promote vocations to the priesthood and religious life by inviting young men to consider these lifestyles as a viable life long option.
