                                                    St. Bonaventure University                    9:55 - 10:35 A.M.

                                                   Catholic University of America                12:10 - 12:50 P.M.

Any senior or junior wanting to attend must sign up in the Guidance Office.  If you have a class the period of the visit, you must have your teacher's permission.

GYRO SALE

The Marching Band will sponsor the first Gyro Sale of the school year on Tuesday, September 14th, during all lunch periods.  The cost is $3.75 per gyro, and a portion of each sale goes to benefit the CCHS Marching Band.

Please support this worthy cause and buy a delicious gyro on Tuesday.

VARSITY SOCCER

Come out to support the Varsity Soccer Team as they participate in the annual JRK Tournament at Pine-Richland High School.  Game times are tonight at 6:00 P.M. and Saturday, September 11th, at 8:00 P.M.  Directions to Pine-Richland High School can be found on the soccer website at www.leaguelineup.com/ccvikingssoccer.

SPANISH CLUB

Hola chicos!  Spanish Club will hold its opening meeting of the school year on Tuesday, September 14th, at 2:30 P.M. in Room 402.

If you are currently enrolled in a Spanish Class at Central, you are eligible to be a member of the Club.  It's a lot of fun, and we'd love to have you join us.

WPXI "Skylights" will be covering our football game tonight.  You can vote for "Band of the Week", "Game of the Week", and the "Spirit Award" on WPXI.com.

Tickets for the football game tonight at 7:30 P.M. at Bethel Park are on sale either in Office "A" or from Coach Crummie.  Adult tickets are $5.00, and Student tickets are $3.00.  There will be NO Student Tickets on sale at the gate.

HOMECOMING

Attention, Attention:  Homecoming letters are being distributed this week to all homerooms.  Homecoming this year is at the Circuit Center and Ballroom in the Southside on Saturday, October 30th. 

Tickets go on sale Monday, September 27th, for $125 per couple.

LACROSSE

Any new player including incoming freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors interested in trying out for JV and/or Varsity Lacrosse at Central for the 2011 spring season must register with the team now so that you will receive all team notices for fall/winter conditioning, practices and events.
