In March, 2007, Central Catholic High School was officially incorporated by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as Central Catholic High School Inc. The school operates as a non-profit corporation with a Members Board and a Board of Directors.
The Members Board consists of the Diocesan Bishop, the Vicars General, and the Diocesan Secretary of Education. The Members Board provides oversight for the school in curriculum and Religious Education, adherence to Church policies, and in its general practices.
The school’s Board of Directors operates under by-laws and holds fiduciary responsibility for the school and works with the school administration to develop fiscal resources and a strategic plan for the future.
